May 15th 2010 - Workout

Had a fantastic walk this morning.  I did my first five miler and felt great. I took a couple of pictures along the way and could probably improve my pace if I cut down on those.  Going to shoot for a couple of miles tomorrow morning. These photographs were made with almost zero light at 6400 ASA, so they are a little grainy.

Good work out today. Walked 3 miles before work and went into the gym at lunch. Used the machines for the chest and abs. Then did the elliptical for 25 minutes. I hope to feel it tomorrow.

Facebook Friends, How do you know me?

Today I got a Facebook friend request from someone I never met.  Because of my local celebrity-dom, I do get a lot of requests.  But, for once, I had to ask,"Who are you? and How does Kahuna know you?"  turns out this person was doing a random search on Kaluha and found your's truely.  I had a good feeling about this one.  I think that this person and I are going to be the best friends ever, or FBBFF. oh I crack myself up.  Well, until five minutes from now, tweet you later.
